Sinopse: Os Herculóides foi um dos desenhos de ficção científica de maior sucesso da Hanna-Barbera Studios. Estreou nas manhãs de sábado da Rede CBS em 9 de setembro de 1967, com aproximadamente 8 minutos de duração cada, Ficou no ar por dois anos com 47 episódios.
A produção tinha uma certa conexão com outro grande sucesso da Hanna-Barbera: Jonny Quest. Tanto em enredo como em conteúdo.
Os Herculóides são os únicos moradores do planeta perdido chamado Quasar, freqüentemente atacado por alienígenas e forças inimigas, afim de conquistá-lo. Para defender seu planeta, cada membro dos Herculóides se mune de forças ou poderes especiais.
